Well I saw the King Tut exhibet in 1979 in Ontario and it was at the ROM. Maybe the museum wanted to do something different, or perhaps the loaner (Egypt?) only gives a museum one chance each?
King Tut did not like the new look ROM... and Graydon Carter had a hissy fit?
